BIMAdvent is proud to announce another great BIM lineup has been released. The Great Lakes Case and Cabinet Company have posted their BIM models on their website www.WeRackYourWorld.com. A quick registration then you're in! The lineup consists of the WM (Wall Mount) Series and ES Enclosure lineup.
These families are fully configurable and include several door, top, and side options. The parametric capabilities of these families rock! As your design capacity increases simply edit your enclosure and increase your available Rack Units. Aligning rack mounted equipment is a breeze with strong reference planes provided along each RU space. RU's are also numbered for easy identification when filling up your enclosure with equipment. These models are also modeled to be BICSI compliant (soon to be released) which means no matter what manufacturers rack mounted equipment you use, if they are also BICSI compliant they will snap right into the proper alignment!
All families are accompanied by an engineering schedule perfect for any RCDD to copy and paste into their sheets to fully itemizing each enclosure in their design. RU spaces will also total giving you a quick indicator to your total capacity for an entire data center. Based on user configuration of the model the part ordering numbers will update in real time giving you accurate information to order your future datacenter with.
